One of Dublin’s oldest pubs, Byrnes of Galloping Green was established in 1879, has been owned and managed by the same family for the last four generations, with current owner and manager Ray Byrne being the great grandson of Philip Byrne who built and ran the pub when it first opened in the late 1800s.

This is not the Byrne’s first foray into the off licence trade, with original owner, Philip, offering an off sale trade to locals by delivering beverages by horse and cart around Dublin in the early 1900s!

Keeping to its traditional style, GallopingGreen.ie will be offering a selection of its most popular beers, spirits and wines including many big brands such as Guinness, Heineken, Bulmers, Peroni, Smirnoff and Jameson to name a few.
